Terms of sale (trade customers)
Standard B2B terms and conditions for registered renewable and heating trade contractors.
1. Who we sell to
We sell to businesses only (installers, contractors, trade buyers). By ordering you confirm you are acting for business purposes.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for 7 days or until stock changes. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing with a delivery date.
3. Prices
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is added where applicable.
4. Payment
No payment is taken before delivery. Payment is due in full by bank transfer on the day of delivery or collection, on receipt of our invoice. Payment details are on the invoice. We may refuse delivery if the transfer is not received. If payment is not made, you must return the goods in the condition delivered.
5. Late payment
Statutory interest and compensation apply under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Delivery and risk
See Delivery & returns. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a business buyer under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
